The Board’s secretariat is provided by the Office.

In this capacity, the Director of the Office attends the meetings of the Board, without the right to vote. He may be represented or assisted by any person of his choice.

The Board adopts its own rules of procedure, which set out the conditions under which it operates. These rules specify how the Board organises its work and prepares its opinions, and how tasks are divided between the Chairman and the members of the Board.

Le secrétariat du collège est assuré par l’office.

A ce titre, le directeur de l’office assiste aux réunions du collège, sans voix délibérative. Il peut se faire représenter ou assister par toute personne de son choix.

Le collège adopte un règlement intérieur qui définit les conditions de son fonctionnement. Ce règlement précise les modalités d’organisation du travail et de préparation des avis par l’office et la répartition des tâches entre le président et les membres du collège.
