Article R1161-26 of the French Public Health Code

A patient may or may not accept to take part in a learning programme defined in article L. 1161-5, which is proposed to him by the doctor prescribing the medicinal treatment. This acceptance must be given in writing. Similarly, they may terminate the programme at any time and inform their prescribing doctor, their GP and one of the healthcare professionals employed by the operator.

Un patient peut accepter ou non de participer à un programme d’apprentissage défini à l’article L. 1161-5, qui lui est proposé par le médecin prescripteur du traitement médicamenteux. Cette acceptation est formulée par écrit. De la même manière, il peut y mettre fin à tout moment et en informe son médecin prescripteur, son médecin traitant et un des professionnels de santé employé par l’opérateur.
