Article R1211-26 of the French Public Health Code

The orders mentioned in 2° of article R. 1211-25 specify the conditions under which the practitioner mentioned in article R. 1211-25 is required to repeat the test for all or some of the biological markers of the infections mentioned in the same 2°:

1° In the case of sperm donation, at the time of donation or at the time of the last collection if donations are made on several dates;

2° In the case of oocyte donation, from the first days of ovarian stimulation prior to donation.

Sperm or oocyte straws can only be allocated on the basis of the results of these tests.

Les arrêtés mentionnés au 2° de l’article R. 1211-25 précisent les conditions dans lesquelles le praticien mentionné à l’article R. 1211-25 est tenu de renouveler la recherche de tout ou partie des marqueurs biologiques des infections mentionnées au même 2° :

1° En cas de don de spermatozoïdes, au moment du don ou lors du dernier recueil si les dons sont réalisés à plusieurs dates ;

2° En cas de don d’ovocytes, dès les premiers jours de la stimulation ovarienne préalable au don.

L’attribution des paillettes de sperme ou d’ovocytes n’est possible qu’au vu des résultats de ces contrôles.
