Article R122-21 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The Bibliothèque nationale de France shall give an annual account, in a report to the minister responsible for culture and the minister responsible for disabled people, of the conditions for selecting, conserving and making available files of adapted documents transmitted by the legal entities and establishments mentioned in 1° of Article L. 122-5-1 as well as the conditions for depositing and making available digital files deposited by publishers. This report is sent to the chairman of the commission mentioned in article R. 122-15 and is published on the website of the Ministry of Culture and Communication.

Article R122-21

La Bibliothèque nationale de France rend compte chaque année, dans un rapport au ministre chargé de la culture et au ministre chargé des personnes handicapées, des conditions de sélection, de conservation et de mise à disposition des fichiers des documents adaptés transmis par les personnes morales et les établissements mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 122-5-1 ainsi que des conditions de dépôt et de mise à disposition des fichiers numériques déposés par les éditeurs. Ce rapport est transmis au président de la commission mentionnée à l’article R. 122-15 et est publié sur le site internet du ministère de la culture et de la communication.
