Article R*122-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

By way of derogation from article R. * 122-1 and the first paragraph of article 11-1 of decree no. 2004-374 of 29 April 2004, on the rights-of-way of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Le Bourget and Paris-Orly aerodromes:

1° For the application of articles R. 251-1, R. 341-2, R. 342-6, R. 342-10, R. 342-17, R. 342-19, R. 343-26, R. 613-1, R. 615-1, R. 621-1, R. 622-1, R. 632-1, R. 632-5, R. 632-9, R. 721-1, R. 721-2, R. * 721-3, R. 721-4, R. 721-5, R. 732-1, R. 732-2, R. * 732-3, R. 733-4, R. 733-5, R. 741-1, R. 743-5, R. 743-10, R. 744-47, R. 751-1, R. 751-5, R. 751-7, R. 752-1, R. 752-3, R. 753-1 and R. 814-4, the jurisdiction of the departmental prefect is exercised by the police prefect;

2° The administrative authority mentioned in the last paragraph of article R. 341-1 and in articles R. 342-5 and R. 342-8 is the police prefect.

Par dérogation à l’article R. * 122-1 et au premier alinéa de l’article 11-1 du décret n° 2004-374 du 29 avril 2004, sur les emprises des aérodromes de Paris-Charles de Gaulle, du Bourget et de Paris-Orly :

1° Pour l’application des articles R. 251-1, R. 341-2, R. 342-6, R. 342-10, R. 342-17, R. 342-19, R. 343-26, R. 613-1, R. 615-1, R. 621-1, R. 622-1, R. 632-1, R. 632-5, R. 632-9, R. 721-1, R. 721-2, R. * 721-3, R. 721-4, R. 721-5, R. 732-1, R. 732-2, R. * 732-3, R. 733-4, R. 733-5, R. 741-1, R. 743-5, R. 743-10, R. 744-47, R. 751-1, R. 751-5, R. 751-7, R. 752-1, R. 752-3, R. 753-1 et R. 814-4, la compétence du préfet de département est exercée par le préfet de police ;

2° L’autorité administrative mentionnée au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 341-1 et aux articles R. 342-5 et R. 342-8 est le préfet de police.
