Article R1222-4 of the French Public Health Code

The Board of Directors meets at least three times a year, convened by its Chairman, who sets the agenda.

A meeting may be convened and its agenda included at the request of the Minister for Health or at least one third of its members. The meeting of the Board of Directors must be held within one month of the request.

The member of the General Economic and Financial Control body and the establishment’s accounting officer attend meetings in an advisory capacity.

The Board may hear any person it considers useful for its information.

Le conseil d’administration se réunit au moins trois fois par an sur convocation de son président, qui fixe l’ordre du jour.

La convocation et l’inscription à l’ordre du jour sont de droit lorsqu’elles sont demandées par le ministre chargé de la santé ou le tiers au moins des membres. La réunion du conseil d’administration doit se tenir dans le mois qui suit la demande.

Le membre du corps du contrôle général économique et financier et l’agent comptable de l’établissement assistent aux réunions avec voix consultative.

Le conseil peut entendre toute personne dont il estime l’audition utile à son information.
