The appeal against the orders is lodged, investigated and judged as in non-contentious matters in accordance with the provisions of articles 950 to 953 of the Code of Civil Procedure. However, the party is exempt from the ministry of a lawyer.
The clerk of the court of appeal sends a copy of the judgment to the clerk responsible for keeping the register.
L’ appel des ordonnances est formé, instruit et jugé comme en matière gracieuse selon les dispositions des articles 950 à 953 du code de procédure civile. Toutefois, la partie est dispensée du ministère d’ avocat.
Le greffier de la cour d’ appel adresse une copie de l’ arrêt au greffier chargé de la tenue du registre.
