Article R123-265 of the French Commercial code

The deletion of legal entities that are dissolved is recorded in the National Register of Companies, upon declaration by the liquidator within one month of publication of the close of the liquidation.

The deletion of other legal entities is recorded in the National Register of Companies within one month of total cessation of activity, upon declaration by a legal representative.
The striking off of other legal entities is recorded in the National Register of Companies within one month of the total cessation of activity, upon declaration by a legal representative.

In the event of application of the provisions of the third paragraph of article 1844-5 of the Civil Code, the striking off is recorded upon declaration by the sole shareholder within one month of completion of the transfer of assets.

Est mentionnée au Registre national des entreprises, sur déclaration du liquidateur dans le délai d’un mois à compter de la publication de la clôture de la liquidation, la radiation des personnes morales qui font l’objet d’une dissolution.

La radiation des autres personnes morales est mentionnée au Registre national des entreprises dans le mois de la cessation totale d’activité, sur déclaration d’un représentant légal.

En cas d’application des dispositions du troisième alinéa de l’article 1844-5 du code civil, la radiation est inscrite sur déclaration de l’associé unique dans le délai d’un mois à compter de la réalisation du transfert du patrimoine.
