Article R123-277 of the French Commercial code

The President of the regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts or, by delegation, the President of the departmental Chamber of Trades and Crafts, validates the information entered and the documents submitted and carries out the checks referred to in article R. 123-276 within one working day of the Chamber receiving the complete file.

If the application is incomplete, the president of the regional chamber of trades and crafts or, by delegation, the president of the departmental chamber of trades and crafts will request the missing information or documents within this timeframe, which will be provided within fifteen days of this request. On receipt of this information or documentation, it will proceed to validate the application within the time limit referred to in the first paragraph.

Failing regularisation of the file under the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph, the president of the regional chamber of trades and crafts or, by delegation, the president of the departmental level chamber of trades and crafts takes a decision to refuse validation.

Le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de région ou, par délégation, le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de niveau départemental, procède à la validation des inscriptions d’informations et des dépôts de pièces prévus et aux contrôles mentionnés à l’article R. 123-276 dans le délai d’un jour ouvrable après réception, par la chambre, du dossier complet.

Lorsque le dossier est incomplet, le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de région ou, par délégation, le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de niveau départemental réclame dans ce délai les renseignements ou pièces manquants qui sont fournis dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de cette réclamation. A la réception de ces renseignements ou pièces, il procède à la validation dans le délai mentionné au premier alinéa.

A défaut de régularisation du dossier dans les conditions indiquées à l’alinéa précédent, le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de région ou, par délégation, le président de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat de niveau départemental prend une décision de refus de validation.
