The validation of information entries and document filings provided for in Article L. 123-48 and the checks provided for in Article L. 123-49 are carried out by the departmental or multi-departmental mutualité sociale agricole fund whose jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the rules established by Articles R. 722-16 and D. 731-14 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code.
When a natural or legal person transfers their main business or registered office to the jurisdiction of a fund other than the one to which they are affiliated, they declare this transfer, under the conditions set out in Article R. 123-6, to the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1, which informs the affiliated fund under the conditions set out in Article R. 123-7, under the same conditions. After carrying out the validation operations, the latter immediately informs the originating fund by any means available.
The originating fund will be informed of the validation operations carried out.
