Sont soumis à l’obligation prévue à l’article R. 123-45 :
1° Final decisions placing an adult under guardianship or trusteeship within the meaning of Article 440 of the Civil Code and those which release or revoke them; when this Article is applied, the declaration obligation is incumbent on the guardian or trustee and is made to the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1;
2° The declaration of unseizability of the rights of a registered natural person to any property not used for business purposes, as provided for in Article L. 526-1, the waiver of the declaration of unseizability or of the unseizability of his rights over the main residence or the revocation of the waiver of the unseizability of his rights over the main residence provided for in Article L. 526-3;
3° The events and decisions referred to in articles L. 526-7, L. 526-8 (2°), L. 526-15 and L. 526-17 ;
4° The appointment and cessation of functions of the person with the power to bind the registered person by signature on a regular basis;
5° The partial cessation of the activity carried on;
6° The total cessation of activity, whether temporary or permanent, with the possibility of declaring continued registration for a period which, where the cessation is permanent, may not exceed one year ;
7° The death of the registered person, with the possibility of declaring the provisional maintenance of registration, for a maximum period of one year, and, if the business continues, the conditions of operation, surname, usual surname, pseudonym, first names, personal domicile and status of the heirs and universal successors, date and place of birth, nationality and status of the persons running the business; in the latter case, the declaration is made by the person or persons continuing the operation and is made to the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1;
8° The renewal, limited to a further period of one year, of the provisional maintenance of registration in the cases provided for in 6° and 7°.
