Any application for registration or any filing of deeds or documents with the Trade and Companies Register is made via the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1, with the exception, however, of the filing of deeds and documents for which the original must be provided and which have been drawn up on paper, which is carried out under the conditions provided for in the fifth paragraph of article R. 123-6. However, when a company is registered for the first time, a copy of a private document may be filed in lieu of the original document.
The obligation to file through the intermediary of the single body does not apply to the filing of accounting documents as provided for in Article R. 123-111.
For all transmissions by electronic means, a copy must be filed with the single body.
For all the electronic transmissions referred to in the first paragraph, an electronic signature shall be used in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article R. 123-5.
The registrar shall acknowledge receipt in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article R. 123-5.
The Registrar shall acknowledge receipt, in accordance with the procedures laid down by Articles R. 123-6 and R. 123-7, of any transmission made to him.
