The person in charge referred to in Article R. 1243-12 and the interim persons in charge, as well as the person in charge of activities, shall hold diplomas entitling them to practise medicine or pharmacy, or shall hold a doctorate in the life and health sciences. They must have at least two years’ practical experience in the fields of activity defined by this section.
La personne responsable mentionnée à l’article R. 1243-12 et les personnes responsables intérimaires ainsi que le responsable des activités sont titulaires des diplômes permettant l’exercice de la médecine ou de la pharmacie, ou sont titulaires d’un doctorat dans le domaine des sciences de la vie et de la santé. Ils justifient d’une expérience pratique d’au moins deux ans dans les domaines d’activité définis par la présente section.
