For the application of the provisions of sub-sections 1 to 4, army hospitals and the army blood transfusion centre shall be considered as health establishments and a blood transfusion establishment respectively.

For these hospitals and for this centre, the Minister for Defence exercises the powers of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

Pour l’application des dispositions des sous-sections 1 à 4, les hôpitaux des armées et le centre de transfusion sanguine des armées sont regardés respectivement comme des établissements de santé et comme un établissement de transfusion sanguine.

Pour ces hôpitaux et pour ce centre, le ministre de la défense exerce les attributions du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
