Article R1261-31 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Any change to the information contained in the application for authorisation or renewal of authorisation must be brought to the attention of the establishment’s supervisory ministers without delay. The latter may request any additional information in order to ensure that the modification in question does not affect compliance with the applicable legislative and regulatory provisions.

II.-In particular, the following must be notified to the establishment’s supervisory ministers:

1° Any change in the person or persons in charge of the structure receiving the bodies;

2° Any change in the organisation of activities.

III – Substantial changes to the conditions under which the activities of receiving, conserving and using human remains are carried out are the subject of an application for authorisation, which is granted by the same authorities who issued the initial authorisation. This authorisation is valid for the initial authorised period.

I.-Toute modification des éléments figurant dans le dossier de demande d’autorisation ou de renouvellement d’autorisation est portée sans délai à la connaissance des ministres de tutelle de l’établissement. Ces derniers peuvent demander toute information complémentaire afin de s’assurer que la modification en cause n’affecte pas le respect des dispositions législatives et réglementaires applicables.


II.-Doivent, en particulier, être portés à la connaissance des ministres de tutelle de l’établissement :


1° Tout changement du ou des responsables de la structure d’accueil des corps ;


2° Tout changement dans l’organisation des activités.


III.-Les modifications substantielles des conditions d’exercice des activités d’accueil, de conservation et d’utilisation des corps font l’objet d’une demande d’autorisation qui est accordée par les mêmes autorités qui ont délivré l’autorisation initiale. Cette autorisation est valable pour la durée initiale autorisée.
