Before any registration or entry in the Trade and Companies Register, the Special Register for Sole Proprietorships with Limited Liability, the Special Register for Commercial Agents or the National Register of Companies, or when the economic activity does not require registration, the beneficiary of the contract shall indicate on invoices, order notes, advertising documents as well as on all correspondence and all receipts concerning his activity and signed by him in his name and more generally on his business papers that he is benefiting from a support contract for the creation or takeover of an economic activity. He shall also mention on these documents the company name, the location of the registered office and the identification number of the legal entity responsible for the support, as well as the term of the contract.
Where the nature of the activity requires registration, the obligations of the beneficiary and the procedures for publicising the business project support contract for the creation or takeover of an economic activity are laid down for traders by the provisions of this code relating to the trade and companies register, for companies registered in the special register of sole proprietorships with limited liability by the relevant provisions of this Code, for commercial agents by the provisions of this Code relating to the special register of commercial agents and, for other companies, by the provisions of this Code relating to the National Register of Companies.
