Article R131-5 of the French Commercial code

The procedure set out in articles R. 131-1 to R. 131-4 is applicable in the event of the modification or addition of a professional speciality as well as in the event of an application for inclusion on the list of another court of appeal.

The Attorney General shall be notified of any substantial change in the data provided at the time of the application for registration.

Article R131-5

La procédure prévue par les articles R. 131-1 à R. 131-4 est applicable en cas de modification ou d’adjonction d’une spécialité professionnelle ainsi qu’en cas de demande d’inscription sur la liste d’une autre cour d’appel.

Toute modification substantielle des données fournies lors de la demande d’inscription est portée à la connaissance du procureur général.
