Article R1311-3 of the French Public Health Code

Persons implementing the techniques referred to in article R. 1311-1 must have undergone training in the hygiene and health conditions provided for in article R. 1311-4. An order by the Minister for Health determines the categories of establishments and the organisations authorised by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to provide this training, as well as the content of this training and the diplomas accepted as equivalent.

Les personnes qui mettent en œuvre les techniques citées à l’article R. 1311-1 doivent avoir suivi une formation aux conditions d’hygiène et de salubrité prévues par l’article R. 1311-4. Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé détermine les catégories d’établissements et les organismes habilités par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé à délivrer cette formation, ainsi que le contenu de celle-ci et les diplômes acceptés en équivalence.
