Article R1313-27-4 of the French Public Health Code

The Monitoring Committee shall meet at the request of the Director General of the Agency.

It shall draw up its rules of procedure and submit them to the Director General of the Agency for approval. It shall inform the Board of Directors thereof.

The Director General of the Agency shall make available to the Committee the resources necessary for its operation and the information held by the Agency necessary for the performance of its duties.

Le comité de suivi se réunit à la demande du directeur général de l’Agence.

Il élabore son règlement intérieur et le soumet à l’approbation du directeur général de l’Agence. Il en informe le conseil d’administration.

Le directeur général de l’Agence met à la disposition du comité les moyens nécessaires à son fonctionnement ainsi que les informations détenues par l’agence nécessaires à l’exercice de ses missions.
