Article R1313-29 of the French Public Health Code

A matter may be referred to the Ethics and Conflict of Interest Committee within its field of competence by a member of the Board of Directors, the Scientific Advisory Board or a specialised committee of experts, by the Director General of the Agency or by one of the Agency’s employees.

The Ethics and Conflict of Interest Committee sends its opinions and recommendations to the person or body that referred the matter to it, to the Board of Directors and to the Director General of the Agency, who informs the ministers responsible for the Agency.

Le comité de déontologie et de prévention des conflits d’intérêts peut être saisi dans son champ de compétence par un membre du conseil d’administration, du conseil scientifique ou d’un comité d’experts spécialisé, par le directeur général de l’agence ou par un des agents de l’agence.


Le comité de déontologie et de prévention des conflits d’intérêts transmet ses avis et recommandations à la personne ou à l’instance qui l’a saisi, au conseil d’administration, et au directeur général de l’agence qui en informe les ministres chargés de la tutelle de l’agence.
