The accounting officer is appointed by order of the ministers responsible for agriculture, the budget, consumer affairs, the environment, health and labour.

Secondary accountants may be appointed by the Managing Director after consultation with the Accounting Officer and with the approval of the Budget Minister.

L’agent comptable est nommé par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’agriculture, du budget, de la consommation, de l’environnement, de la santé, et du travail.

Des comptables secondaires peuvent être désignés par le directeur général après avis de l’agent comptable et avec l’agrément du ministre chargé du budget.
