Article R1313-5 of the French Public Health Code

The term of office for members of the Board of Directors is three years. It may be renewed.

The qualified person mentioned in 5° is appointed by order of the supervisory ministers. The staff representatives elected in accordance with 6° of article R. 1313-4 are appointed by order of the supervisory ministers. The members of the colleges mentioned in 2°, 3° and 4° are appointed by order of the supervisory ministers on the proposal of the organisations they represent.

For each of the members of the colleges mentioned in 2°, 3°, 4°, 5° and 6° of article R. 1313-4, an alternate member is appointed under the same conditions as the full member.

Le mandat des membres du conseil d’administration est de trois ans. Il est renouvelable.


La personnalité qualifiée mentionnée au 5° est nommée par arrêté des ministres de tutelle. Les représentants du personnel élus conformément au 6° de l’article R. 1313-4 sont nommés par arrêté des ministres de tutelle. Les membres des collèges mentionnés aux 2°, 3° et 4° sont nommés par arrêté des ministres de tutelle sur la proposition des organisations qu’ils représentent.


Pour chacun des membres des collèges mentionnés aux 2°, 3°, 4°, 5° et 6° de l’article R. 1313-4, un suppléant est nommé dans les mêmes conditions que le membre titulaire.
