Article R1322-30 of the French Public Health Code

The operator sends the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who informs the Prefect as necessary, an annual summary report including, in particular, a table of analysis results and any information on the quality of the natural mineral water and on the operation of the operating system, in particular monitoring, works and malfunctions. It also indicates the changes to the monitoring procedures, mentioned inarticle R. 1322-29, planned for the following year.

The documents drawn up as part of the monitoring carried out by the operator are kept available for inspection officers on the premises of the establishments for a period of three years. They shall indicate the references of the laboratory authorised to carry out monitoring analyses pursuant toarticle R. 1322-44.

Article R1322-30

L’exploitant transmet au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, qui en informe le préfet en tant que de besoin, un bilan synthétique annuel comprenant notamment un tableau des résultats d’analyses ainsi que toute information sur la qualité de l’eau minérale naturelle et sur le fonctionnement du système d’exploitation, notamment la surveillance, les travaux et les dysfonctionnements. Il indique également les modifications des procédures de surveillance, mentionnées à l’article R. 1322-29, prévues pour l’année suivante.

Les documents établis à l’occasion de la surveillance effectuée par l’exploitant sont tenus à la disposition des agents chargés des contrôles sur le lieu des établissements pendant une période de trois ans. Ils indiquent les références du laboratoire habilité à effectuer, en application de l’article R. 1322-44, les analyses de surveillance.
