Article R1322-44-17 of the French Public Health Code

The person responsible for the distribution of natural mineral water in a public refreshment bar shall display on the premises information relating in particular to :

1° The authorisation to distribute this water to the public ;

2° The essential characteristics of this water;

3° Where applicable, the treatment used;

4° Where applicable, the favourable effects on health and the risks associated with prolonged consumption of this water;

5° The date of the last health inspection and the results of the analyses.

Le responsable de la distribution en buvette publique d’une eau minérale naturelle affiche sur place les éléments d’information portant notamment sur :

1° L’autorisation de distribuer cette eau au public ;

2° Les caractéristiques essentielles de cette eau ;

3° Le cas échéant, le traitement mis en oeuvre ;

4° Le cas échéant, les effets favorables sur la santé et les risques associés à la consommation prolongée de cette eau ;

5° La date du dernier contrôle sanitaire et les résultats des analyses.
