Article R1322-49 of the French Public Health Code

One month before the opening of each season, the operators send the prefect a detailed price list corresponding to the various methods by which the water is administered, and the accessories that depend on it.

No changes may be made during the season.

Under no circumstances may any price in excess of the tariff be demanded or levied, nor may any sum in excess of the tariff be charged for the use of the water.

Un mois avant l’ouverture de chaque saison, les exploitants envoient au préfet le tarif détaillé des prix correspondant aux modes divers suivant lesquels les eaux sont administrées, et des accessoires qui en dépendent.

Il ne peut y être apporté aucun changement pendant la saison.

Sous aucun prétexte, il n’est exigé ni perçu aucun prix supérieur au tarif, ni aucune somme en dehors du tarif pour l’emploi des eaux.
