Il n’est pas créé d’obstacle permanent à la pénétration de l’air, de la lumière et des radiations solaires dans les locaux à usage d’habitation. A cette fin notamment, les arbres situés à proximité des fenêtres font l’objet d’un élagage, lequel doit cependant permettre une protection contre la chaleur extérieure excessive.
