Article R1333-41 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Distributors, suppliers and manufacturers of construction products containing natural materials or industrial residues mentioned in article R. 1333-40 indicate an activity concentration index (I) in the documents providing the characteristics of these products from 1st July 2020.

II.-The activity concentration index (I) is calculated by applying the following formula:

Where CRa226, CTh232 and CK40 are the activity concentrations in Bq. kg-1 of the corresponding radionuclides in the building material.

I.-Les distributeurs, fournisseurs et fabricants de produits de construction contenant des matériaux naturels ou résidus industriels mentionnés à l’article R. 1333-40 indiquent un indice de concentration d’activité (I) dans les documents fournissant les caractéristiques de ces produits à compter du 1er juillet 2020.
