Article R1336-3 of the French Public Health Code

If the Prefect or, in Paris, the Police Prefect finds that the provisions of article R. 1336-1 have not been complied with, he will implement the measures defined inarticle L. 171-8 of the Environmental Code.

Lorsqu’il constate l’inobservation des dispositions prévues à l’article R. 1336-1, le préfet ou, à Paris, le préfet de police met en œuvre les mesures définies à l’article L. 171-8 du code de l’environnement.
