Article R1418-18 of the French Public Health Code

The Policy Board meets when convened by its Chairman, on the initiative of at least one third of its members or at the request of the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Managing Director.

The Board’s decisions are taken by a majority of the members present. In the event of a tie, the Chairman has the casting vote.

The operating procedures of the Policy Board, in particular the quorum rules, are set out in its internal regulations.

Le conseil d’orientation se réunit sur convocation de son président, à l’initiative d’au moins un tiers de ses membres ou à la demande du président du conseil d’administration ou du directeur général.

Les délibérations du conseil sont prises à la majorité des membres présents. La voix du président est prépondérante en cas de partage égal des voix.

Les modalités de fonctionnement du conseil d’orientation, notamment les règles de quorum, sont fixées par son règlement intérieur.
