Article R1426-2 of the French Public Health Code

For their application to Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, unless otherwise provided, the provisions of this Code are adapted as follows:

1° References to the commune, department or region are replaced by references to the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy or Saint-Martin;

2° References to the mayor, the president of the departmental council and the president of the regional council are replaced by references to the president of the territorial council;

3° For Saint-Barthélemy, references to the Environment Code are replaced by references to locally applicable texts with the same purpose.

Article R1426-2

Pour leur application à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin, sauf dispositions contraires, les dispositions du présent code sont ainsi adaptées :

1° Les références à la commune, au département ou à la région sont remplacées par la référence à la collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy ou de Saint-Martin ;

2° Les références au maire, au président du conseil départemental et au président du conseil régional sont remplacées par la référence au président du conseil territorial ;

3° Pour Saint-Barthélemy, les références au code de l’environnement sont remplacées par des références aux textes applicables localement et ayant le même objet.
