The trade union organisations send the list of candidates to the chairman and secretary of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee.

The Agency and Working Conditions Committee appoints the local representatives. If there is no full or alternate member present on a site or in a branch, staff duly authorised by a representative trade union organisation may be appointed.

Les organisations syndicales communiquent au président et au secrétaire du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail la liste des candidats.

Le comité d’agence et des conditions de travail désigne les représentants de proximité. En cas d’absence de membre titulaire ou suppléant présent sur un site ou dans une antenne, peuvent être désignés des agents dûment mandatés par une organisation syndicale représentative.
