Article R1432-120 of the French Public Health Code

The term of office of the local representative ends at the end of the term of office of the elected members of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee who appointed him or in the cases provided for in Article R. 1432-82.

The change of posting of the local representative outside the site or branch where he carries out his duties also entails the end of his term of office.

A local representative shall be replaced in accordance with the procedures defined in article R. 1432-117 at the meeting of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee following the end of the term of office of the local representative to be replaced. This replacement is made for the remainder of the term of office.

Le mandat de représentant de proximité prend fin au terme du mandat des membres élus du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail l’ayant désigné ou dans les cas prévus à l’article R. 1432-82.

Le changement d’affectation du représentant de proximité en dehors du site ou antenne dans lequel il exerce ses attributions, emporte également la fin de son mandat.

Il est pourvu au remplacement d’un représentant de proximité selon les modalités définies à l’article R. 1432-117 lors de la réunion du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail qui suit le terme du mandat du représentant de proximité qu’il s’agit de remplacer. Ce remplacement est effectué pour la durée du mandat restant à courir.
