Article R1432-129 of the French Public Health Code

A staff representative appointed by a trade union organisation ceases to be a member of the Committee if this organisation submits a written request to the Chairman of the Committee. The trade union organisation will replace the representative within the same period.

Un représentant du personnel désigné par une organisation syndicale cesse de faire partie du comité si cette organisation en fait la demande, par écrit, au président du comité. La cessation des fonctions est effective un mois après la réception de la demande.L’organisation syndicale procède à son remplacement dans le même délai.
