Article R1432-130 of the French Public Health Code

If a staff representative on the committee loses his or her position on the Agency and Working Conditions Committee, or ceases to perform his or her duties within the regional health agencies, he or she will be replaced within one month by the trade union organisation that appointed him or her.

The term of office of the replacements ends at the same time as that of the other committee members.

Lorsqu’un représentant du personnel du comité vient à perdre son mandat au sein du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail, ou à cesser ses fonctions au sein des agences régionales de santé, il est remplacé, dans un délai d’un mois, par l’organisation syndicale qui l’avait désigné.

Le mandat des remplaçants prend fin en même temps que celui des autres membres du comité.
