The Committee meets at least twice a year and is convened by its Chairman. It is convened within a maximum period of two months at the written request of at least half of the permanent staff representatives.

Le comité se réunit au moins deux fois par an sur convocation de son président. Il est réuni dans le délai maximum de deux mois, sur demande écrite de la moitié, au moins, des représentants titulaires du personnel.
