Article R1432-156 of the French Public Health Code

An occupational physician, governed by the provisions of articles L. 4623-1 to L. 4623-7 of the Labour Code, works in each regional health agency in accordance with the provisions of article L. 4622-3 of the Labour Code.

It also carries out the tasks devolved to the occupational physician as set out in article 18 of the decree of 14 March 1986 and article 1 of the decree of 30 November 1984 issued in application ofarticle 63 of law no. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the State civil service.

Un médecin du travail, régi par les dispositions des articles L. 4623-1 à L. 4623-7 du code du travail, intervient dans chaque agence régionale de santé conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 4622-3 du code du travail.

Il exerce, en outre, les missions dévolues au médecin du travail telles que prévues à l’article 18 du décret du 14 mars 1986 et à l’article 1er du décret du 30 novembre 1984 pris en application de l’article 63 de la loi n° 84-16 du 11 janvier 1984 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique de l’Etat.
