Article R1434-35 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall refer to the Territorial Health Board any matter falling within the remit of the Territorial Health Boards defined in articles L. 1434-10, L. 1434-14 and L. 3221-2.

The Territorial Health Boards may submit proposals to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to improve the response to the needs of the population in the region, particularly with regard to the organisation of healthcare pathways.

The chairmen of the territorial health councils and the chairman of the regional conference on health and autonomy in the region may refer to each other any matter falling within the remit of the territorial health councils.

Article R1434-35

Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé saisit le conseil territorial de santé de toute question relevant des missions des conseils territoriaux de santé définies aux articles L. 1434-10, L. 1434-14 et L. 3221-2.

Les conseils territoriaux de santé peuvent adresser au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé des propositions pour améliorer la réponse aux besoins de la population sur le territoire, notamment sur l’organisation des parcours de santé.

Les présidents des conseils territoriaux de santé et le président de la conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie de la région peuvent se saisir mutuellement de toute question relevant de la compétence des conseils territoriaux de santé.
