Article R1435-27 of the French Public Health Code

The ministers responsible for health and social security, the regional health agencies and the bodies responsible for managing a compulsory health insurance scheme responsible for paying certain expenditure falling within the remit of the regional intervention fund on behalf of the regional health agencies in application of article L. 1435-10 exchange the accounting and financial information necessary for national and regional monitoring of the fund.

The ministers responsible for health and social security draw up the accounts of the regional intervention fund, which are based on a consolidation of the financial accounts of the related budgets drawn up by the regional health agencies, and send them to the National Steering Committee and to the chief executives of the regional health agencies before 30 April of the following financial year.

An order issued by the ministers responsible for health and social security specifies the technical procedures for applying this article.

Les ministres en charge de la santé et de la sécurité sociale, les agences régionales de santé et les organismes chargés de la gestion d’un régime obligatoire de l’assurance maladie chargés du paiement de certaines dépenses relevant des missions du fonds d’intervention régional pour le compte des agences régionales de santé en application de l’article L. 1435-10 échangent les informations comptables et financières nécessaires au suivi national et régional du fonds.

Les ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale élaborent les comptes du fonds d’intervention régional, qui se fondent sur une consolidation des comptes financiers des budgets annexes établis par les agences régionales de santé, et les transmettent au Conseil national de pilotage et aux directeurs généraux des agences régionales de santé avant le 30 avril de l’exercice suivant.

Un arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale précise les modalités techniques d’application du présent article.
