The departmental protocol provided for in the preceding articles also specifies the terms and conditions under which the resources of the Regional Health Agency are placed under the authority of the departmental prefect in the event of a health risk event that may constitute a public order disturbance, in particular with regard to the management of health alerts and the Agency’s participation in the departmental operational centre provided for by the aforementioned decree of 13 September 2005.

Le protocole départemental prévu aux articles précédents précise en outre les modalités selon lesquelles les moyens de l’agence régionale de santé sont, en cas d’évènement porteur d’un risque sanitaire pouvant constituer un trouble à l’ordre public, placés pour emploi sous l’autorité du préfet de département, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion des alertes sanitaires et la participation de l’agence au centre opérationnel départemental prévu par le décret du 13 septembre 2005 susvisé.
