Article R1435-9-1 of the French Public Health Code

The doctors or students referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 1435-4-2 may enter into an initial practice contract with a regional health agency if they are practising in the areas defined in 1° of article L. 1434-4 or in an area bordering these areas.

The eligible bordering areas cover an area no more than ten kilometres beyond the boundaries of the areas defined in 1° of article L. 1434-4.

The contract is concluded for a period of 3 years. It is not renewable.

Article R1435-9-1

Les médecins ou les étudiants visés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1435-4-2 peuvent conclure un contrat de début d’exercice avec une agence régionale de santé s’ils exercent dans les zones prévues au 1° de l’article L. 1434-4 ou dans une zone limitrophe de celles-ci.

Les zones limitrophes éligibles s’étendent sur une superficie couvrant dix kilomètres au plus au-delà des limites des zones définies au 1° de l’article L. 1434-4.

Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de 3 ans. Il n’est pas renouvelable.
