Article R1435-9-5 of the French Public Health Code

The signatory of the contract for the commencement of practice provided for in article R. 1435-9-1 is obliged to join a coordinated practice system, within the meaning of articles L. 1411-11-1, L. 1434-12, L. 6323-1-10 and L. 6323-3, within two years of the date on which the contract is signed.

The regional health agency will inform the signatory of the existence or constitution of a coordinated practice system in his territory of practice.

If, at the end of these two years, no coordinated practice system has been set up in the signatory’s territory of practice, the signatory of the contract to begin practice is exempt from compliance with the condition set out in the first paragraph.

Article R1435-9-5

Le signataire du contrat de début d’exercice prévu à l’article R. 1435-9-1 a l’obligation de s’inscrire dans un délai de deux ans, à compter de la date de signature du contrat, dans un dispositif d’exercice coordonné, au sens des articles L. 1411-11-1, L. 1434-12, L. 6323-1-10 et L. 6323-3.

L’agence régionale de santé informe le signataire de l’existence ou de la constitution d’un dispositif d’exercice coordonné dans son territoire d’exercice.

Si, à l’issue de ces deux années, aucun dispositif d’exercice coordonné n’a été constitué dans le territoire d’exercice du signataire, le signataire du contrat de début d’exercice est exonéré du respect de la condition prévue au premier alinéa.
