For the signatory of the contract for commencing practice practising in the speciality of general medicine, the income from the activity mentioned in article R. 1435-9-6, derived from self-employed healthcare activity and from on-call care, gives entitlement to additional remuneration if its amount is less than a fixed monthly ceiling determined on the basis of the average monthly fees invoiced without exceeding the fees of a general practitioner at the start of practice and greater than a fixed monthly threshold equal to half of these fees.
For the signatory of the contract to start a practice exercising a replacement activity, the ceiling and the threshold are determined on the basis of the average income of a replacement GP.
For the signatory of the contract to start a practice exercising in a medical speciality other than general medicine, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency may increase the ceiling of the aid by a fixed amount in order to take into account the average level of remuneration, excluding fee overruns, observed in the speciality.
The ceilings, thresholds and lump sums per specialty mentioned in the previous paragraphs, adapted where necessary for overseas areas, are set by order of the Minister for Health and the Minister for Social Security.
