Article R15-28 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Officers or judicial police officers belonging to the departments or units designated in articles R. 15-29 to R. 15-33 are competent, within the limits defined by these articles, to carry out their duties in vehicles used for the collective transport of passengers, whenever these vehicles, or the network on which they travel, cross all or part of their district of assignment.

Les officiers ou agents de police judiciaire appartenant aux services ou unités désignés aux articles R. 15-29 à R. 15-33 sont compétents, dans les limites définies par ces articles, pour exercer leur mission dans les véhicules affectés au transport collectif de voyageurs, dès lors que ces véhicules, ou le réseau sur lequel ils circulent, traversent tout ou partie de leur circonscription d’affectation.
