The commission provided for in Article 28-1, the assent of which is required for the designation of customs officers in categories A and B authorised to carry out judicial investigations at the request of the public prosecutor or on the basis of a rogatory commission from the examining magistrate, is composed as follows:
1° The Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation or his delegate chosen by him from among the First Advocate General or the Advocates General at the Court of Cassation, chairman;
2° Two magistrates from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, no more than one of whom may be an honorary magistrate;
3° The Director General of Customs and Indirect Duties or his representative;
4° The official in charge of the Personnel and Budget Sub-Directorate of the Directorate General of Customs and Indirect Duties or his representative ;
5° The official in charge of the sub-directorate for legal affairs, litigation and the fight against fraud of the directorate general of customs and indirect rights or his representative;
6° An official of the administration of customs and indirect rights with at least the grade of principal inspector;
7° The magistrate delegated to the judicial missions of the customs and tax administration, mentioned in VII of article 28-1, or his representative.
The members of the commission designated above at 2° and 6° shall each have an alternate.
The secretariat of the commission shall be provided by the Directorate General of Customs and Indirect Rights.
