The proposals for staff reports and the staff reports provided for in article R. 15-33-29-14 shall be drawn up on a form complying with the model laid down by the Minister of Justice.
They include a detailed general assessment, as well as a numerical mark from 0 to 10 and an assessment of each of the following elements when they have been observed:
<1° Professional relations with the judicial authorities;
2° Quality of coordination of the judicial police activity of the service or unit;
3° Quality of procedures and drafting of reports and minutes;
4° Quality of findings and technical investigations;
5° Value of information given to the public prosecutor;
6° Professional commitment;
7° Ability to conduct investigations;
8° Degree of trust granted.
When one of these elements has not been observed, the notation: “judicial activity not observed” is substituted for the corresponding numerical rating and assessment.
