Article R15-33-29-19 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The committee referred to in I of Article 28-3 shall comprise:

1° The public prosecutor at the Court of Cassation or his delegate chosen by him from among the first advocates general or advocates general at the Court of Cassation, chairman;

2° Three magistrates from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, no more than two of whom may be honorary magistrates;

3° The Director General of Planning, Housing and Nature or his representative;

4° The Director General of the French National Gendarmerie or his representative;

> The Director General of the French National Police or his representative;

The Director General of the French National Police or his representative
5° The Director General of the French Biodiversity Office or his representative.

The members of the commission referred to in 2° each have an alternate appointed under the same conditions as the full member.

The secretariat of the commission is provided by the French Biodiversity Office.

La commission mentionnée au I de l’article 28-3 comprend :

1° Le procureur général près la Cour de cassation ou son délégué choisi par lui parmi les premiers avocats généraux ou les avocats généraux à la Cour de cassation, président ;

2° Trois magistrats du ministère public dont deux au plus peuvent être des magistrats honoraires ;

3° Le directeur général de l’aménagement, du logement et de la nature ou son représentant ;

4° Le directeur général de la gendarmerie nationale ou son représentant ;

5° Le directeur général de l’Office français de la biodiversité ou son représentant.

Les membres de la commission mentionnés au 2° ont chacun un suppléant désigné dans les mêmes conditions que le titulaire.

Le secrétariat de la commission est assuré par l’Office français de la biodiversité.
