Article R15-33-29-30 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The rating drawn up by the public prosecutor at the court of appeal in whose jurisdiction the headquarters of the department to which the judicial environmental officer is attached is located is brought directly to the attention of the officer, who may submit comments in writing within a period of fifteen days, at the end of which time the final rating is immediately sent to the director of the French Biodiversity Office and to the director general of planning, housing and nature. It is taken into account for the administrative rating of the judicial environmental officer concerned drawn up by the French Biodiversity Office.

La notation établie par le procureur général près la cour d’appel dans le ressort de laquelle se situe le siège du service de rattachement de l’officier judiciaire de l’environnement est portée directement à la connaissance de ce dernier qui peut présenter des observations par écrit dans un délai de quinze jours, délai à l’issue duquel la notation définitive est transmise immédiatement au directeur de l’Office français de la biodiversité et au directeur général de l’aménagement, du logement et de la nature. Elle est prise en compte pour la notation administrative de l’officier judiciaire de l’environnement intéressé établie par l’Office français de la biodiversité.
