The category A and B tax agents mentioned in article 28-2 who are authorised to carry out judicial investigations are assigned to one of the following departments specialising in the repression of fiscal delinquency:

1° The judicial investigations department for finance of the Ministry of the Budget:

2° The judicial police department of the central directorate of the judicial police of the Ministry of the Interior.

Les agents des services fiscaux de catégories A et B mentionnés à l’article 28-2 qui sont habilités à effectuer des enquêtes judiciaires sont affectés dans l’un des services spécialisés dans la répression de la délinquance fiscale suivants :

1° Le service d’enquêtes judiciaires des finances du ministère du budget :

2° Le service de police judiciaire de la direction centrale de la police judiciaire du ministère de l’intérieur.
