Article R15-33-60-6 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Where the agreement provides for the payment of a public interest fine, payment shall be made to an accounting officer of the Directorate-General of Public Finance.

The accounting officer of the Directorate General of Public Finance mentioned in the previous paragraph receives the payment accompanied by the document provided for in Article R. 15-33-60-5. Once the payment has been signed off by the accountant, two sheets are returned or given to the legal entity’s representatives, who forward one to the public prosecutor.

Where it is stipulated that payments will be made in instalments, as many documents are issued as there are instalments.

Lorsque la convention prévoit le versement d’une amende d’intérêt public, le paiement s’effectue auprès d’un comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques.

Le comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques mentionné à l’alinéa précédent reçoit le paiement accompagné du document prévu par l’article R. 15-33-60-5. Après émargement du règlement par ce comptable, deux feuillets sont retournés ou remis aux représentants de la personne morale, qui en transmettent un au procureur de la République.

Lorsqu’il est prévu que les paiements seront échelonnés, il est remis autant de documents que d’échéances.
