Article R15-33-60-9 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

When the obligation(s) of the agreement have been fully performed, the public prosecutor notifies the representatives of the legal entity and, where applicable, the victim of the termination of the public prosecution.

If the agreement was concluded in the context of a judicial investigation, the public prosecutor also informs the investigating judge of the termination of the public prosecution.

Lorsque la ou les obligations de la convention ont été intégralement exécutées, le procureur de la République avise les représentants de la personne morale et, le cas échéant, la victime de l’extinction de l’action publique.

Si la convention a été conclue dans le cadre d’une information judiciaire, le procureur de la République informe également le juge d’instruction de l’extinction de l’action publique.
